 | | The sheer range of Rainwater, Soil & Waste and Underground Drainage systems from Brett Martin Building Products delivers added value for merchants and their customers. The Unimer Day 2009 will showcase these ranges, featuring keynote innovations such as Brett Martin’s Cast Iron Style Rainwater system and the new multi-inlet 315mm shallow access chamber: products which are helping to drive value back into the market and delivering greater profit margins for Brett Martin’s merchant customers.
Brett Martin Building Products’ excellent range of pvc rainwater systems consists of Prostyle, Roundstyle, Squarestyle, Deepstyle and 160mm Commercial gutter profiles which together provide a solution for any size, shape, age and design of roof. This spectrum is underpinned by the Cast Iron Style system, ingeniously developed using a unique manufacturing process to exactly replicate traditionally designed pipe systems. This fantastic range provides merchants with a new and different product line, which creates high levels of interest, especially from the self build and renovation sectors of the market.
With regards to Soil & Waste systems, Brett Martin offers both solvent weld and push-fit solutions, offering fast installation and maximum durability. A new and full range of 110mm access fittings, plus a 160mm access pipe, all provide customers with an easy and effective sealing method for fittings that provide access into the pipework for maintenance and testing purposes. The seals and adaptors in the range provide merchants with the means to secure a sale. This is because, no matter what system the customer is working with, Brett Martin’s products can provide complete compatibility with all other systems.
The entire Underground Drainage range incorporates pipes and fittings in six diameters from 110mm to 400mm, which extends up to 600mm diameter for the Twinwall surface water system. Offering maximum choice and flexibility, the range is strengthened by such products as Brett Martin’s Bottle Gully range, each with features that provide cost reductions and stockholding benefits. Further, the recent addition of the multi-inlet 315mm diameter Shallow Access Chamber assembly has been designed to reduce the need for a large number of chamber variants, enabling merchants to further rationalise stockholding and improve profitability.
Graham Smith, Sales Director for Brett Martin Building Products, said: “There is a constant pressure on merchants to push prices down, driving out the profit margin on products like rainwater and drainage systems. Brett Martin is committed to helping independent merchants increase the value in this marketplace; providing products that present solutions to the customer and increase profitability for the merchant.”
